By accessing or using xanderkreativ.site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These website terms do not replace a separate written proposal, statement of work, or client agreement; where one exists, that project agreement controls the relevant project terms.

Xander Kreativ offers website design and development, landing pages, redesigns, maintenance and support, lead capture and follow-up automation, contact-form and email automation, workflow integrations, Google Business Profile support, SEO foundations, AEO foundations, and website conversion improvements. Service scope, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and fees are agreed for each project.

A website enquiry is not an offer or a binding contract. A quotation is subject to its stated assumptions, scope, validity period, and availability. Work begins only after the relevant written agreement or acceptance is complete and any required deposit or onboarding step has been satisfied. Changes to scope may affect fees and timing.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, approvals, access, content, brand assets, and materials needed for the project. You must have the rights and permissions needed for anything you provide. Delays, incomplete information, or third-party restrictions may affect delivery dates and costs.

Fees, payment milestones, taxes, cancellation terms, and any refund rights will be stated in the applicable quotation or written project agreement. The website does not publish a separate general refund schedule. Unless an agreement says otherwise, no payment term, refund promise, or cancellation right should be inferred from the website.

Ownership and licensing of deliverables, source files, third-party materials, fonts, templates, software, content, and pre-existing materials will be set out in the applicable project agreement. Until agreed fees are paid, you receive no broader right to use project deliverables than the agreement provides. Xander Kreativ retains rights in its pre-existing tools, methods, know-how, reusable components, and materials. You remain responsible for rights in materials you supply.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest information without permission, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or use the website for unlawful purposes. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, or our services.

Projects may depend on third-party platforms, hosting, analytics, email, databases, communication tools, or other integrations. Third-party availability, pricing, terms, privacy practices, and security are outside our control. You may need your own third-party accounts and remain responsible for complying with those providers' terms.

The website and its general information are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific search rankings, lead volume, revenue, or business results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xander Kreativ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit losses arising from website use or a project, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Any project-specific liability cap should be stated in the applicable agreement.

We may update these Terms of Service by posting a revised version on this page. The current version applies to website use from its effective date.
